1) License Grant
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on Windows 10/11 (x64). You may make a reasonable number of backups for personal use.

2) No Affiliation
Chordalift is a community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Artiphon, Inc. or the Chorda product.

3) Free of Charge & No Telemetry
The Software is provided free of charge. It does not intentionally collect, transmit, or store personal data or telemetry.

4) Third-Party Components
The Software may include open-source or third-party components which remain under their respective licenses. You must comply with such licenses.

5) User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Software, including compliance with local laws, making backups, and protecting your system and data.

6) No Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8) Updates & Changes
The Software may be updated from time to time. There is no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or updates. This EULA may be updated by publishing a new version together with the Software.

9) Termination
This EULA terminates automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease use and destroy copies of the Software.

10) Governing Law
This EULA will apply to the extent permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
